1. How do I RSVP?
Please return the RSVP card enclosed in the invitation before April 24, 2026. Kindly double check the return address is provided on the envelope and postage is affixed. (We think we missed one...lol)
2. Will there be transportation/shuttle from the hotel to wedding venue?

3. What is the hotel name and address if I need hotel accommodations?

4. What is the name and address of the venue?
Ocean Beach Port 'N Starboard Ballroom

5. Is the venue handicap accessible?
The venue is handicap accessible with a ramp towards the side of the building.
6. What time is the ceremony?
The ceremony start time is 12 noon.
7. What time is the cocktail hour?
Cocktail hour follows the ceremony.
8. Is there parking available at the venue? Is there a parking fee?
There will be a section reserved for our guests to park. There is no fee to park. You must tell them at the gate entrance that you are attending the wedding. Plan on arriving early to avoid beach traffic.
9. Will the wedding ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony will be indoors.
10. Is there a reserved block of rooms at a hotel? What is the deadline date?
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn in New London, CT. See our Travel page for more information. The deadline is May 17, 2026 to reserve your room.
11. What’s the best airport to use?
If you plan on flying in, the best airport to use is Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT which is about an hour away from Ocean Beach. You can also fly into Providence Airport in Providence, Rhode Island which is also about an hour away from Ocean Beach.
12. What’s the dress code?
Even though the wedding is at the beach, we ask that you refrain from wearing beach attire as our dress code is semi-formal.
13. Will there be an open bar?
There will be no open bar. We recommend bringing cash or a credit card as alcoholic drinks/alcoholic beverages will not be covered.
14. What is the link to the wedding registry?

15. What’s the wedding itinerary?
Our ceremony will take place at Ocean Beach Port ‘N Starboard Ballroom with the reception to follow.
16. Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we’d like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
